02Can an offshore delivery firm work on government contracts?
As a subcontractor, yes, where the prime contract's flow-downs allow it. Many government contracts restrict offshore access to personal, protected, or classified data, so FISTA designs the workshare so that restricted data and cleared access stay with the prime while FISTA delivers against de-identified or synthetic data.
